Legislative Action
Purpose: To keep milford citizens alerted to important environmental legislation and to promote environmentally sound policy
Freedom Lawn
Purpose: To educate about ,and promote pesticide free lawns and gardens in Milford, both residential and commercial. Annual Freedom Lawn Contest.

Recycling
Purpose: Educate and promote pre-cycling and re-cyling advocate for more local recycling and increased sustainability. compile user friendly info on where to recycle.
Energy Task Force
Purpose: Educate about, and promote, clean energy alternatives , including CT Clean Energy Options, a program that supports environmentally friendly renewable resources from solar, wind, water, landfill gas etc
Open Space & Park Management
Purpose: Reporting on the parks current condition and working to improve them in a green and sustainable way includes Solomon, Wilcox, Mondo Pond, Eisenhower , and Walkers Pond parks

Community Co-ordination & Outreach
Purpose: To strengthen communication and links between milford organizations and groups where our common interests meet(improving the quality of life for all milford residents)
