horns of a green dilemma?
NYT had a good article on green overload, the endless,
which is better? dilemmas..
It feels like we are playing some deranged boardgame, starting at birth, baby bottle glass or plastic, wash dishes by hand or machine, drive hybrid or biodiesel,....till death's door, bury or cremate? we have myriad unclear choices, result?green fatigue syndrome.
the point is that the public is burning out and will stop trying out of sheer exhaustion/ confusion.
I think the THM is that when trying to influence others, you dont need to patronize but you also dont want to bludgeon!and the same goes for the inner dialogue, do your best but don't beat yourself up over every small action. We are in it for the long haul.

two questions for a greener garden

two queries for the green gardeners, is there anyplace to bring clippings, compostables from the garden. I see far too many plastic trash bags in the garbage filled with green waste.
second query, does anyone have tips on where to bring all the plastic pots and stuff you get when you buy plants. i save some for gifting plants and transporting but they do accumulate.
